Melissa at the bar made the most amazing drink ever for our Bartender's Roulette (the menu item for when they brainstorm a drink for you). Ours was a non-alcoholic 'mocktail' of pineapple juice, lime, tonic water, and other sophisticated flavors that just wow-ed us! We also got the Chimichurri Steak (very spicy!), the Salmon Sliders, and the Mushroom Ravioli which stuffed us to the brim. Erin was our waitress and she made us feel very welcome and gave us amazing recommendations! My wife and I went here on a whim trying to find a nice restaurant in the area. We ordered the deviled eggs to start and they were amazing! Portion too small for the price, but loaded with great balanced flavor. I ordered the gorgonzola pasta and was extremely disappointed. The steak was unseasoned, and there was maybe one crumb of gorgonzola in the whole dish. Mostly just watery Alfredo sauce. The dish was very bland and depressing. My wife got the mushroom ravioli. It tasted old. Like it had sat in a fridge for a day before being reheated and served. It was also disappointingly bland. Both dishes desperately needed salt. And her ravioli didn't have the stuffing to pasta ratio correct. Lots of deflated raviolis. The added shrimp to the dish was the only edible part of the meal. As the restaurant got busier during our stay, the service fell off fast. The staff got frazzled and inattentive. The idea and niche of this restaurant is awesome. But it is not getting executed. The service was excellent, and there was proper spacing. I had a Madam Croquette with sweet potato fries and cilantro aioli. The fries and sauce were superb. My only critique on the Madam Croquette was the amount of cheese, but that is just personal preference. Overall, it was a delightful experience. Update - they offer gluten-free options now as well. I had the gluten-free minestrone soup and sweet and spicy shrimp. The shrimp is highly recommended. We eat here very frequently and the food is usually very good and the service good. I cannot say how it was today, because after almost 2 hours, we never got the food. We had a reservation made 2 weeks earlier, and it was 30 minutes from arrival before we were seated, and then almost 1½ hours after ordering, there was still no food, and checking with the kitchen it was not prepared yet. It was Valentine's and very busy but part of the planned special night out was a show for which we had already purchased tickets. When it got right down to the wire, we still did not know when the food might come, so we left and barely made it to the show after a futile 2 hours' waiting at Elements. They obviously had overbooked, and yet were still seating people without reservations. There were people everywhere, and the restaurant had no clue how to manage a crowd. The reservation meant nothing. I felt very sorry for the waitress, who was inundated with people and had no way to control it when the kitchen could not keep up. On a slow night, it is a very nice place to eat with good food, but I'll never go again on a busy night, or if we have plans to be somewhere else for an event after dinner. Needless to say, the evening was a bust, and we had to stop at In-n-out after the show to quell the hunger. I cannot comment on the food at elements that night, as all we got was a glass of water. Our server was great. She was so great and so kind. None of this is her problem or her fault. But management kept taking reservations knowing they were running 2 hour ticket times. What's the point of a reservation if we don't get our food? We ended up walking out. It is absolutely ridiculous to have a reservation time for 5:30, and still not have food at 7:15 when we left. I get that it is Valentine's Day, but management should have absolutely planned better. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Had a 7 pm reservation. We were seated at 745. We received our food at 9:10. Ridiculously long wait. Watched others get irritated as well and just leave. The food itself was good. Fried pickles were excellent. The sweet potato fries weren't anything unique, just typical fries. Needed salt and none on any table. Also wish that there were different side choices. Everything came with asparagus. Not everyone likes asparagus. I ate here a couple of years ago and the wait then was just as bad. Definitely a problem that has not been addressed. Will be a great while before returning. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Avoid this place on valentines. Made reservations for 6:30 two weeks ago. Got seated at 7:30 in a random boring room in the back and got our food at 8:30. Yes it was valentines but what a complete joke. The place was totally backed up (over 50 people standing waiting to be seated) when we got there. We saw several tables of people give up on ever getting food and leave. I expected a much better experience since we had a reservation. Tipped our waiter very well because we knew it wasn’t him who caused such a mismanaged circus. Elements appears to be a very nice restaurant but the management is severely lacking. Extremely disappointed. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing atmosphere and very good food at a reasonable price. There was live music which very much added to the ambiance. My only complaint would be that one of the pieces of fish in the fish and chips that I ordered was a bit soggy but the other two were amazing. The fries and fry sauce were some of the best I’ve had. Would very much recommend for anyone looking for a nice meal that doesn’t break the bank. Elements has atmosphere and a friendly greeting. We stopped by for lunch. We traveled a little over 100 miles to try this place out to celebrate my birthday. Check out the pics. We ordered a couple of appetizers, pizza, and a sandwich. We started with the Korean Quesadilla. This was the tastiest thing we got. The flavors were a festive blend of Korean tastes. The Baked Goat Cheese was basically a set of gluten free pizza slices with sauce and cheese as a dip. The slight problem is that after a couple of bites, our pizza and sandwich arrived. We got the gluten free All the Things pizza. We could have shared everything and would have been satisfied with one appetizer and sharing a pizza. Or we could have been happy with the eating the appetizers as our main meals. Highly recommended by the server and hostess, the Chipotle Fried Chicken sandwich was a little greasy. I didn’t enjoy it. They have all kinds of menu options and would likely try something else. The server didn’t check back with us to see if the food was good, so we asked for the bill and checked out. This is very close to a hotel and likely thrives on travelers.
