I asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese and toasted. My bagel wasn’t toasted. The lady was made I didn’t give her a tip for making a wrong bagel. You shouldn’t treat someone and make there food wrong because someone doesn’t tip I didn’t tip because when I walked in she was on her phone and rude Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love their jalapeño bagel. I always like to get it with their shmear. The strawberry banana smoothie is perfect to start the morning, very refreshing and delicious.

I was in the Lake Forest store over the weekend. As I have a child who has severe allergies (egg, peanut, sesame) I am very mindful to ask staff at any eating establishment what ingredients are in various items I am ordering. During my visit to this store not only was the allergen ingredient list dated (the corporate website was completely different) but when I politely told the staff member of this outdated list (so they could get it updated to benefit other customers ) I was told I could call their corporate office to inform them this store had an outdated list in order to get a new one. Very disappointed with the non helpful response/attitude of staff and also with this information at the store not being accurate. Don't plan on going back any time soon. Would be 0 stars if I could vote that way. Got a template response (see below) from them (2/4) after this posting above. So I decided to reach out to via their corporate website as they suggested. I did and still have not received a response or reach out from their corporate three weeks later (though their website said they would get back to me in 3-5 business days). Very disappointing and I feel Einstein is missing the point here.
