Dunkin’ should be embarrassed by this location. Saturday morning on a busy highway and no cash register open? Credit card and app purchases only. Manager Dianna Stone was very rude and said if I wanted to pay cash I had to take my truck and trailer through the drive thru. Would not serve me at the counter. Do yourself a favor and find another location. Or go to Starbucks.

I had to ask for my small hot coffee with a shot of vanilla 3 times to get it right. I got to the drive-through window, and they stuck a credit card machine at me. The guy said, "Answer the question." The question was, "Do I want to leave a tip?" On a $2.96 coffee. This is getting ridiculous. I'm not going back there. Always love dunkin coffe, just seems slacking lately. They never have many choices on donuts last 3 or 4 times by 10am they are out of everything but a few jelly, cream or chocolate.
