Only decent items are the regular coffee, ice coffee and tea. Most other drinks are nothing but sugary syrups. The doughnuts are nothing to brag about. To add to there degrading business the French crullers that used to be nice and soft are hard like stale bread. I was told by an employee that they come frozen now. How much lower quality can you possibly have and still keep raising prices. I don't get how people eat here. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

At Dunkin donuts, they make donuts once a day in Ridge NY but they felt like last week's, they were hard and stale and when I called to complain, he said that's the way it is. Every single time I order my coffee here it's wrong. I order a large iced cappuccino with caramel... what they make tastes like a large glass of milk with caramel and three drops of coffee. Nasty.
