half filled coffee every time I order I get large lattes. I always take pictures of them before even drinking any and it’s always half way full. 👎 DO BETTER DUNKIN

Workers were having a whole conversation while taking my order very rude. They gave me my wrap frozen. I didn’t see if they warmed it up but I got it cold. Won’t be going to this location anymore. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I door smashed from here this morning. My hot chocolate is basically warm water. Then I tried calling and the phone is disconnected. Doordash won't do anything because they don't make the food and beverages. Food: 1 Service: 1
I wish I would’ve read the review below mine or I wouldn’t have ordered. The exact same situation, I door dashed hot chocolate and a bagel to my work. The hot chocolate was disgusting. Disappointed. This is coming from a 3+ year barista. My mom came in to grab a drink and she’s not a coffee person so she didn’t know what exactly to get. The employees were unwilling to help her figure out what to order. Which is sad because as the barista you are the expert and should understand that it is YOUR job to help the customers learn how they should order what they want. She then asked for avocado toast and the girl working snapped at her and said “you need to wait a minute” (Septum piercing). I know all that’ll come from this a manager and the employees saying “that didn’t happen” or they’re going to make some sort of excuse as to why it’s okay to treat people like this. But as someone who’s been a barista for years you should’ve and could’ve done better. It may make sense to you because you are an employee, imagine you walk in somewhere excited to try something new and you get treated like this, you wouldn’t go back either. Perhaps a smile guys, it’s part of the job :) Service: 1

Extremely unhelpful. I ordered 2 dozen doughnuts and 2 boxes of coffee for my meeting to serve 20 people. Everything was ready when I arrived but I was told they do not have any cups for my coffee. My question was, "How are my people supposed to drink the coffee and how are you still able to serve coffee?" I was told to go down the street to Dollar General and buy my own cups. They would not even give me cups used for individual orders. Staff did not care and sent me on my way. I think the staff should go to Dollar General and stock up to serve paying customers. Customer service and care was completely absent. I bring my clients DD at least 3x/week and I assure you, I will never use this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
1. Employees are rude and slow. Several times, I've had to ask them to come take my order at the register after watching them mess around in the back room. Cmon. 5 people working and none of them can be up front? Lol 2. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I watched him burn croissants and proceed to make them into sandwiches for people. He is rude to his employees as well. 3. Today, I ordered my usual drink with light ice. They filled my medium cup only halfway. When I told them I've never had such little amount when ordering light ice before, all they said was they could add more milk. I told them to just fill it with ice, as I didn't want to ruin the drink. It also had no flavoring in it. When I told them this, they gave me a small cup of syrup (pictured) to pour in to it. Usually when you make a drink wrong, you remake it the right way. Not here, though. Very cheap business. How hard is it to just make the drink someone paid for? It's sad that you treat regulars this poorly. Please be better.
I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me today. He was the only one working around 330. He was very helpful and extremely kind. Thank you for making this one of my favorite locations again. To the young man with colorful hair.

I ordered an EVERYTHING BAGEL 🥯 W BACON EGG & CHEESE. Pretty simple & straightforward. There was hair on it! And IT WAS A PLAIN BAGEL! People in there seem TOO GOOD FOR ANYONE! In a RUSH & THE PLAIN BAGEL WAS STALE! WON'T BE BACK. When I went back in to say something about the hair the girls just looked at me like *OH!* And didn't offer to MAKE THINGS RIGHT! I will come back later & speak with management. Terrible customer service! I'm disappointed! I SPENT GOOD $ THERE!
Stopped in to get a coffee, used the restroom first. It was extremely dirty. If the customer bathroom is this dirty, I don't want anything from the kitchen.
