I visited the Dunkin inside the Windham, Maine Wal Mart recently and I was pleasantly surprised that I was met with smiles! (This day and age you barely get grunt responses from food service!) Employees there appear to care about getting their order correct as my order was repeated back to me for accuracy. Love the butter pecan and happy to get my dunks fix while shopping at Wal mart.
