I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant that was okay. I ask the young lady if she could warm up the sugar donut for me cause it was cold and she told me she couldn’t do it. Chai latte is all I ordered, and it was better than a lot of other Dunkins..? I think it’s from the staff. The gentlemen working (second time I’ve been here and he’s working alone) does a great job to ensure quality of items ordered rather than rushing through to get it done. Much appreciated. Website has 5am opening. 5th time I have been here at 5am for a 6:30 flight. Never open at 5am. Sometimes 5:15, sometimes 5:20. Today staff just informed me they will open at 6am. Service Dine in Service: 1

En este lugar tuve un desafortunado axidente ordene un cafe mediano la señorita lleno demasiado el vaso y no lo tapo correctamente y cuando lo sostuve todo el cafe se derrano encima de mi tuve quemaduras de primer grado y los empleados del lugar ni se dignaron en brindarme ayuda o preguntar si estaba bien lamentó tanto que las empresas no capacitan a su personal para brindar ayuda en accidentes así Service: 1
