Kristin did an excellent job today. Her professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and eagerness to accommodate me and keep the customer happy makes me think she must have prior management or supervisor experience. It's people like her who make me want to continue being a customer. Also, the time I was in before this there was a general good vibe in the shop. The employees were joking around and happy. One was even singing. People don't want to see miserable employees when they come in. They want to feel good vibes and this is a stark contrast to how it was just a few months ago. Food is as expected but if you advertize breakfast sandwich with Coffee only $3, then it should cost me that with Latte, not 4.59. I wont have another breakfast in DD.
