I hate to do this and it’s definitely not the poor girl working behind the counters fault, but she definitely didn’t know how to make anything on the menu and no one else was working with her. She was all by herself. I feel bad for her but definitely not a Dunkin’s location I will be going to again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Melissa was disrespectful and inappropriate with my boyfriend and an employee meeting should be had to discuss her engagement with customers and what appropriate boundaries and language to use when addressing a customer her acts reflect poorly on behalf the rest of the staff who where amazing

I have been to over a 100 different dunks while traveling through New England. I come in here every Friday at 1:45 as a little treat to end the work week.The worker who makes the ice coffees here makes the best ice coffee I’ve had out of any of the dunks I’ve been to. I don’t know how to explain it it’s just always perfectly made every Friday. Bagels and donuts r normal dunks bagels and donuts. But if u like ice coffee this is the place to go.

Employee was extremely rude about asking me to put on a mask. I saw the gas station employee wasn't wearing a mask so I assumed I was also all set not wearing one. I would have put one on if was politely asked to. I am not from the town so I didn't know there was a mask mandate for the town.

The manager of the DD is always has and attitude and acts like she is the only person busy. Her favorite comment is. " just a minute I'm busy" I will not go back this is a very unfriendly franchise and I'm surprised management keeps her employed.

Bank card skimmed here $240 At the dunkin register. ...Warning ⚠️ Don’t use a card here if you did check your account the next day to make sure your not a victim like I was. The money gets transferred through a overseas money transfer website definitely ruined my day. When I called the store to tell them to stop people from using their card system they did nothing but refer me to another number. So be careful! And GOD Bless

They would not honor my Dunkin points. They told me this program did not exist. They need to be trained properly.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in quite a long time. Ended up leaving with no items after exhausting over 10 minutes with the crew arguing with me. To break it down simply sandwich special two for five.I Ask them to ring it up and then personally not put bacon as I do not eat meat. They proceeded to either ring it up without the special and or said they would not honor that request which is absurd. I spend between 60 to $100 at DD every week and I will now make it a point to boycott this location.

Love their coffee. When taking a trip it's a great place to stop and get a quick breakfast. I usually get the egg,cheese and sausage rap . With a hazelnut coffee excellent
