Came up a few weeks ago and checked Google, said they were open on a Sunday, we drove up there, about 20 minutes to get some goodies, only to see it was closed, but well within the business hours on Google. I was disappointed. Then we went back last weekend on a Saturday and they were there, we went in, and the workers there were very friendly and patient with our large indecisive family. I got the rustic tuna croissant. I didn’t love the onions on top, and took them off, and it was a little bland, like it’s just tuna, no celery or anything on it. My son got a club sandwich, so did my husband, both said were good. My other son got the Mac and cheese, and he said it was a bit spicy. Not sure if it was or wasn’t, but my husband tried it and said it was good. We also got some donuts and sugar cookies. Both were good. I’ll be back, to try a new sandwich, maybe chicken salad, and get some more goodies. They have canned pop, and that’s it for beverages because their cooler broke.

Great doughnuts, very fresh. Wish they were still open through the week during winter but it's understandable since it's the slow season. I appreciate all the post on Facebook keeping customers updated.

Very cute bakery/restaurant, and Very good pastries and bread! Houghton Lake needed this little place and I hope we make them successful!

I cannot believe that I’m giving this one star! The place is never open! Closed yesterday and closed again today! Went last weekend to get donuts for my family, they were old and hard, we back this weekend and the place is closed, AGAIN!
