Got one of the saddest "Choco Brownie Extreme" blizzards I have every gotten. It was practically vanilla. I would ask for chocolate ice cream instead (I have in the past) but then they think it is okay to just not add the chocolate sauce (though it would be better than what I got today). Girl with curly hair took our order. No Hi, What can I get for you, or How are you doing? Just stared like she was brain dead. 😐 like that. Also immediately said total, without asking if I was getting anything else. Then, we got locked in the dining room. Why would you lock the doors 20 minutes before you're advertised to, and when there's still people in there. We weren't even sitting down, just waiting for our order.
