I stopped by those establishment after drinking for 5 hours and like the food. I placed my order and noticed 3 employees standing around and just talking. One of them a manager or supervisor. There was a line of people waiting on theirs as well. Instead of picking up food to bag, making drinks, and b passing the food out they stood and talked about obe employees blue eyes. When I did receive my food, I got out to the car and my French fries were barely warm. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone as it us. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Drive through was slow but the staff was polite and appeared clean. Chicken sandwich and fries was typical fast food but it was hot and palatable. I'm impressed with this location. The team working here on the morning of 10/30/2023 all need promotions. They served me the smoothest, most perfect frozen custard I've ever gotten at Culver's and it's my favorite restaurant so I've had a lot, lol. I usually visit the Richmond location and lately their custard has been full of ice shards and they've been giving smaller scoops, huge disappointment. Please tell them whatever you're doing to make yours better! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is great. Patty's are a bit thin but still very tasty👍👍 October 18th Went to have a basket combo! This crispy chicken sandwich improved the rating for me😃! One of the workers came to talk to us on her break (such a sweetie). Will definitely be going back for this sandwich. November 22nd Tried the spicy chicken basket combo! Amazing flavor and so juicy. 2/9/23 I had a milk shake with oreos and Carmel. 😋 6/4/23 Had a sourdough melt basket and a mixer with raspberries and reeces pieces peanut butter cups.
