The food is very good, the atmosphere is great and the restaurant very clean. The service is like nothing else. We ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and drink separately and another similar thing as a combo, then paid and sat down. After a few minutes a staff member came over, told us they should have run up the first three items as a combo - even though we did not say that - and handed us a small refund for the difference. Was in there today and I have to say my order was the worse meal I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! The single butter burger was flat and all stuck together and the chili French fries were all soggy and stuck together. The plain hamburger was also flat and the bun was soggy and the onion rings were not crispy at all. Every thing tasted and looked like it was warmed over. Threw most of it away. Very disappointed. Culver’s makes the best burger! Also crispy, delicious onion rings and the service is the best! The store was clean and well maintained. They also make yummy ice cream treats such as sundaes and shakes!
