First and foremost, I'm just going to start by stating FRED is AWESOME. What you have in that man is gold. We have been to this Culver's several times & Fred NEVER disappoints. His customer service is on point. He is lovely and wonderful. He clears tables, gives suggestions, ask for refills... honestly, one of the best workers and I hope Culver's knows what they have. Now that I got that out of the way, everyone else is also lovely. Customer service is on point, the food is the best. Dare I say that Culver's has the best burgers... my husband and I spoke about this and it's better than Chick-fil-a. Overall. 100%. We adore everything about Culver's. Truly a great company with great food. Thank you employees for keeping it friendly and fresh! Normally I'm happy here but I ordered there walleye meal with pretzel bites and cheese curds and could not be more upset. The curds were cold and soggy. The fish was soggy. Next let's add that this meal is $18 dollars WITHOUT a drink. $18 of soggy food on top of ordering a root beer that had no ice and was flat. So $20 for my meal alone and it was terrible. I will never be ordering this again. I feel cheated out if money and out of a meal. Having to go to make myself somthing else now because this was a complete disaster. Order was incorrect and we received no straws or spoons for the 4 shakes we ordered. Onion rings were Luke warm at best. Condiments on sandwiches were also incorrect. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Food was good (I mean, it's Culver's, of course it is) and this location probably had the best custard out of any one I've been to. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming, especially one of the people cleaning (I think his name was Fred). Overall, really good. Culver's is always a great experience. I have an 8 year old autistic son who has issues with gluten. They have a gluten free hamburger bun that allow him to eat his favorite food, a hamburger. Beyond that the service is always great and the employees seem like they want to be there and enjoy their jobs.
