TOO DOGGONE COLD IN HERE!! Umani you don't get it!!! Keep the heat on when it's cold out!! It's HORRIBLE to eat with your coat and scarf on!!! When we ask to turn up the heat, the little kids you hire have an attitude and not comply. I'm ready to call Corporate on this location because you hire KIDS, no adults is why all the attitudes and bad service. You need to listen. It's too COLD 🥶 can you hear me now???? Geez!!!! The food was mediocre at best. im a pescatarian so I admit my pallet is different. But I barely tasted the fish: more the grease than the fish itself, but it was fried well. the onion rings were more batter than onion however, also fried well...I've tasted better at other Culver's locations but as far as fast food goes every Culver's has pretty good and expedient services; compared to the competition, but its still a fast food chain so you get what you paid for in my opinion. On December 20, 2023, around 6pm, I went to Culver's restaurant to place my order. The outside drive through was getting busy, so I went inside There were 2 other customers waiting for their order inside the restaurant. As I waited for my order, I was given time to observe the workers' dispositions, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I was very impressed!!! The tall, african-american young man, who wore glasses, appeared to be a manager/supervisor was calm, eventhough it was starting to get busy, efficient, very organized, focused and reliably in control. One of the cashiers was exceptionally and genuinely pleasant, and friendly with a sincere smile. From the cooks to the cashiers everyone did their jobs efficiently! The back counter, where they wrap and put the orders in the bags, was clean. There was no food all over that area. All counters looked clean, and the floors looked clean. The uniform of the supervisor and cashiers looked neat, clean and shirts were tucked in. I was so impressed and proud of those young men and women taking care of business. I wanted to tell the manager, and almost gave them a round of applause, but I didn't want to disrupt their flow. It was the busy lunch rush, and EVERYTHING was great and timely. My order was correct 😌 too. A well managed Culver's! Bronzeville Culver's needs to take lessons from this one! I never have a perfect experience at this location... perfect being the order being correct and all items included that should be. Have had multiple times where cheese sauces are paid for but never received and today order notes were not followed almost ending me up in the hospital. PAY ATTENTION TO ORDER NOTES. PEOPLE REMOVE ITEMS FROM THEIR SANDWICH FOR A REASON. ALMOST HAD AN ALLERGIC EPISODE THANKS TO THIS MEAL TODAY. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
