Great customer service. I may have made a mistske order they fixed it and refunded my mistake, and threw in the sticks. I liked how it was closer to a mozzarella stick than a calzone. My husband and I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. We go at-least 3x/month for dinner and have NEVER had a bad experience. The general manager is very welcoming and on top of things. He greets you and makes sure you have the best experience possible. The cashiers, cooks and food runners always have a smile on their faces, know the menu front to back, are friendly, bus the tables quickly to get extra plates out of your way, and are just overall so nice. The atmosphere is cozy, dimmed lights and always clean. My husband and I always get the same thing: the Hawaiian pizza, garlic knots and the house salads. If you are looking for a filling, quick dining experience, I highly recommend The Alden Bridge Crust! I went to crust pizza tonight and it was by far one of my favorite pizza restaurants! I was greeted very kindly by a young man named Stephen. He was very patient and helpful while taking my order. The service was spectacular. They have a separate little bar area that is cute if you are there more for the drinks. However, there was no large yard like tomball and I am a huge fan of that. The Crust pizza is cooked well every time and the crew works swiftly to get you in and out for to-go orders. We’ve dined in also; the service is on point, TVs on sports with great laid-back ambience for everyone. The unique atmosphere is inviting! Great tunes in the air. Staff greeted me and welcomed me to the counter to order. I said a few orders, confirming she heard me, and she repeated the order one at a time. Calm and not in a rush - polite. Clean tables, seats, and floors too. My new favorite neighborhood pizza place. This is not your regular thin crust pizza. The crust is more doughy which I like and the kids love. Your different specialty pizzas are great. Perfect amount of toppings on each pizza. Customer service was good and the pizza came out exactly on time. I enjoyed the goat cheese and spinach salad. Your price point is perfect. Bring the family enjoy a good meal with out breaking the bank. I will be back.
