The crèpes were great. Lots of good choices and optional toppings. Fun, casual atmosphere. We're Canadian from Ontario with good french skills. The captain was super friendly and we enjoyed speaking French with him sharing his knowledge of crèpes and comparing the Polynesian batter recipes to France recipes. We stopped in for dinner and had burgers and fries that were great. But the crepes... I had the salted caramel crepe and I wanted to bring home a bucket of the caramel they used. It was the perfect combination of sweet with just a hint of salt. So delicious! The staff were great and even though we couldn't speak a word of French they managed to understand what we needed and were wonderful. Had a great dinner here, we had burgers and crepes for dessert. It's just off the road in a cafe that looks like a ship and has a fun small cafe atmosphere. The burgers and fries were very good but the crepes were the highlight. I had bananas and coconut crepe and my wife had the salted caramel. The best crepes I have tasted. Highly recommend. Was excited by the reviews and so bummed by the experience. the food was tasty (but not special- we had the moorea galette) and sadly the service was abysmal. we waited almost 20 minutes after sitting down to place our order (it wasn’t busy at all), had to go up and ask for our drinks after food came, and waited another 10 minutes after asking for bill before we went to counter. hopefully just an off day for the staff Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
