We stopped in for lunch. The wife and I had burgers. They were great! We loved the atmosphere. My only complaint is it was not very busy and we still hardly seen our waitress. A group of us met at Cowboy Jacks Bloomington for Happy Hour this evening. The food was hot and flavorful, and we all loved the queso and chips. We just wish we could have had some extra chips. It was busy but the server was attentive. We ordered a chicken sandwich and burger. Took a bit to come out. I didn’t get the burger I ordered, the waitress tried to tell me it was but offered to change it up, I declined because we didn’t have time. The tots and fries were hot. The buns on both were so stale, the tops were actually cracking apart, bacon was over cooked, as was the chicken. The actual burger patty was fine. We didn’t send back but we should have. The bizarre twist was the burger I ordered came out with the check, no fries. The waitress apologized for the error. ?? At any rate, I’d stick to happy hour and skip dinner. I used to go here all the time after work. But I quit going for years. I recently have been stopping in and it has been a fun time. I have been to the Plymouth location and much rather this one. The food is wayyyy better at Bloomington. Although I was not a fan of the Nachos. The tenderloin tips were soft and well cooked. Conveniently located across the parking lot of the Embassy Suites near the airport. Good craft beer selection and some fine liquors even 12 year Red Breast! Large seated area at and around the bar area. I’ve come here several times. Open late and ample parking. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I was more impressed than I thought I would be. We walked right in and got a table. Our drinks were never empty. The food came out quick and was delicious. I had the Prairie Fire Burger. So it was good. Delicious even. But the Buffalo sauce is a little overwhelming. I almost wish it was mixed in with something. The sweet potato fries were a tasty upgrade. What a fun venue for great music & great food! Service is top notch! I had the Mushroom Swiss, cooked to order perfectly! My wife got the Reuben, also very good!! Great place for a game, especially a hockey game. I had the tater tot hot dish. I'd suggest only getting the appetizer version if you're solo. I did the dinner option and it was too much tater tot hot dish for one man. It's a very unique menu item I've not seen anywhere before. Many many tvs and they play volume on primary game.
