Not a place you should plan on going if you're in a rush, and that's not a criticism there are just some places you should go with the mindset that you're going to just relax and take your time, and this is definitely one of those places. I think we got there at peak lunch, so it was definitely a long line but the food was worth the wait. Brisket was tender and moist, but not over-tender (yes that is possible). Sides were flavorful, especially the beans. Jalapeno sausage was incredible, and the ribs were pretty dang good too. My only complaint is that now I feel like I'm going to go into a coma, but that's not Corkscrew's fault.

1 hour long line wait to place the order, but it was worth it! In 41 years of life, this was the best brisket I have ever had! Fatty, lean, both delicious! Sausages were delicious. Ribs so soft and juicy it fell off the bone. Parking was hard because the place was so busy, but the cons are so very much worth it when you get to enjoy true Texas BBQ! When I come back to Texas, I want to come here again! Only took one picture, it doesnt do the meal justice, but I hope this description does.

Definitely a must go when you are in Old Spring Texas. I love their pulled pork and brisket. Too bad I wasn’t able to try their ribs, but I guess that’ll be the reason to come back. Great job, Team. 🥳

I went on a Saturday morning and you can expect to be in line for 45 minutes and 10 minutes after ordering. You can’t reserve or hold tables. Not an issue if you’re with friends and they do have a host asking if you want to order drinks, coffee is complementary and it was good. Okay the brisket was one of the best and I have had several in different states. The potato salad was different and delicious, coleslaw is fresh and had perfect sweetness. The total price as pictured without drinks was about $50 and that is a 1 pound of brisket.

I was excited to try CorkScrew BBQ and it absolutely didn’t disappoint. The line moved well, the order taking was pleasant. Food took about 15 minutes which was fine considering I had to wait for an open seat. The service at the food counter and at the table was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and they called my by my first name. Then the food arrived. Hot, juicy, smoky! I just sat there with my fingers tearing apart the delicious brisket and pork ribs. Pickles, onions, and jalapeño were a nice touch to cut through the richness of the meat. Outstanding service and food to match!

The food was 💯 amazing ! Juicy and nice flavors - we definitely enjoy it ! BUTTTT come on guys you know people love your place we was waiting in line for 1 HOUR !!!! I don’t have that much time in my schedule- really even if I like your food I won’t come back … just because I can’t wait for 1 hr … let me creative let get it organized more so we can come and spend more money there , thanks ) 😊
