i went to cookout and sat down inside. counter service was good and food was good, but as i was eating i heard a girl yelling “I HATE FAT PEOPLE, FAT PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED AT COOKOUT.” over and over. i wasnt gonna say anything at first, but she said it at least 5 times. and there were multiple people sitting down inside. When you order a burger… the cashier confirms it twice… the ticket attached to the box is correct… you drive the 40 mins home to find undercooked fries and the completely wrong burger. Cookout style, no onion or mustard, has been interpreted as a cheeseburger with mayo, mustard mayo tomatoes lettuce and pickle… so frustrating!
