I never leave bad reviews but today was not good. I ordered my food online because I was on my way to work and did not want to wait long for it. The young lady at tue window was very pleasant. On my way to work which is literally 3 min down the road, I opened my box to make sure my food was correct. It was, but my fries were ICE cold. Literally freezing. When I got a chance to call them, they gave me a bunch of excuses on why I was basically lying. A personal favorite with a simple menu. I love their dogs with everything and strawberry shakes. They have updated the interior but it is still the same layout it has been for as long as I can remember. I try to stop in at least once when I am in town. My wife was born in New Castle so we come up from NC to New Castle to visit. Coney Island has great dogs and fries smothered in chili. Don’t expect a fancy expensive restaurant but expect an amazing and awesome taste of pure good old Americana. So the dinning room closed at 8pm. Thats fine going to the drive through. It closes at 9pm which also fine we were there 8:05, 2 cars in front of us. Ended up waiting 20 min. For our food. Ok the girl said had to wait for fresh fries get home fries burnt no chili on chili chees fries, hot dogs must have been left on the grill for the last four hour one side so burnt it was like leather buns hard. If its the fact its close to closing time, and you want employees to clean and be out exactly at 9pm, then stop serving food at 8pm. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2
