Ice cream was good. The outside needs some fixing up. Painted and repaired. The staff was very friendly and great.

They don't even try to accomodate an allergy. How hard could it be to keep a "dairy" item gluten free? It takes one person to care enough about another. This small business does not do that.

I bought a chocolate cookie dough ice cream and ate more than I could handle, but still had some left over. The prices are pretty good by today's standards

I was highly disappointed in the quality of the ice cream today. It was very icy, lacked in flavor, and melted within a few minutes to complete mush. It seemed when they were getting the ice cream there was a problem with the machine but nothing was said to me. I would have picked hard scooped Perry's had I known. The portions were decent for the price. But I wont be stopping again 😔

Quite a bit disappointed tonight! Workers tonight were a bit rude. 1 customer took another customers food and the workers were all like "oh. Someone already took that order." They didn't even offer to remake the order as they should have! And then the 3 of them proceeded to talk disrespectfully after customer left the window despite how myself & other customers could hear them...
And then when I asked the girl who took my order if the Super Hero ice-cream had anything chunky in it she had an attitude when she said "well it shouldn't." So I said well its for my toddler so I need to know. And she gave attitude again and said "well I dont know. It shouldn't."

Had a medium twist cone. 73 degrees outside. Took one lick off the side and the ice cream fell off onto the ground. Didn't even bother going back to get it replaced. What I did have was disgusting. All ice milk. Pretty sad considering the best ice cream mix in the USA is made not even a mile from the place at titusville dairy.

Service has really gone down hill 2 customers that came in after us were served before us. My "flurrie" was more like a nasty chocolate soup last I knew cokkie dough flurries were made with canilla ice cream highly disappointed this time.

Ice cream selection was good but service was poor & one teenage boy kept wiping his face (nose & ear) without washing his hands which meant some of our order was asked to be redone, but held out little hope the second round was much cleaner. We will not visit again based on cleanliness concerns.

@Jamie Gibbons that's 1000% a lie, the girls working there are the nicest girls I've ever met in my entire life. Good luck findin better service anywhere else. You're just looking to go after them, there's no way you had bad service there. It's probably just you. And the owners are literally there every day periodically, so I know that "no adult supervision" is a lie. Most of them are 18, so technically they are adults and they know how to handle themselves and their workplace. So I'm pretty sure it's not bad service, it's you with a bad personality.

Absolutely horrible service. No adult supervision. A bunch of kids running the place. Not getting ice cream orders correct, going off and talking on the phone in the middle of making a flurry. Ice cream is melted by the time they get it to you. The girls that work there are so rude. I am absolutely disgusted at how this place is run.
