I took my 93 year young mother to lunch with my niece. I was concerned that I would have issues because of her disabilities. The staff was very accommodating. I enjoy the char-grilled burgers. Charcoal seared cheeseburger with onions and pickles super Delicious! Best tasting burger around. I was also able to get a half a cheeseburger!! Try to get that at any other restaurant. The food is great and the waitresses are outgoing and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great food. I was very disappointed in the flavor of my hamburger. The meat was dry but worst of all the meat did not have a good taste. When I'm paying retail I expect retail. Most people will not detect what I do but they covered up with ketchup tomato lettuce and onion. Take a bite of just the ground beef before anything else and you will tell. $36.00 for two sandwiches is a bit pricey and I expect top quality for that kind of money. For about two years, my wife and I would go to Cinder's for the fish. And for those years, we weren't disappointed. Consistently good AYCE white fish. Then, about 8 months ago, the quality of the fish completely changed. It seemed to be the same filets, but the attention to detail had fallen off. In a 3-piece order, 2/3 were raw in the middle. Easiest way to tell if the fish was still frozen when it went in is if the coating is falling off without prompting. Staff was notified and other than apologies, nothing was done. Since our favorite bartender quit, our Fridays there became more sporadic. However, it seemed that everytime we went in, the quality was still bad. Can't blame new staff as it was the same faces each time. Tonight, we figured we'd try it one more time for lack of better ideas. The chicken cordon bleu sandwich I had I requested without lettuce or tomato but with mayo. To say there was a LOT of mayo on the sandwich would be a major understatement. An estimate would be somewhere around 4 tablespoons. After I scraped the mayo off, I finally found the ham on my sandwich. The piece was no bigger than a thin slice of Spam and equally flavorful. My wife's "award winning steak sandwich" was ordered medium well due to the fact that anything beef related comes out under cooked. Well, they didn't disappoint. It came out raw. The bartender was nice enough to take 30% off our bill and we thanked her for that. But this was the last time they will get any money from us. We can get bad food anywhere and still be able to watch the game at the same time. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
