We love Cicis. Since my boys were little now Trey is grown with his own little one. That's right I am Gigi now. Trey and I still stop by Cicis and eat 4 plates of pizza and don't forget cinnamon rolls and apple crisp. Yummy yummy good pizza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pizza is good! Love the sticky buns. The dining room is lacking though. The tables are so close together and there’s no lighting near the back by the arcade. The arcade smelled like throw up and the bathrooms were gross Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Can't believe this Cicis Pizza is actually good. I mean $5 per person on Monday and Tuesday with coupons is literally a steal. I don't expect any service, $5 what else do you need? The place was clean and the food was coming fresh and hot. It was packed there on Monday, so you might need to fight for pizza but it kept coming out and the pizza was gotta be fresh. I always loved cicis pizza from my childhood and now I get to enjoy bringing my kids. The arcade at the back is always the best. About 75% of the games were even working this time! This was my first time coming to this cicis and it will be my last. I’m not sure if this man was the manager but I’m pretty sure he was….. he was very rude and unprofessional. He was a tall Caucasian man. I asked him when my wings would be done and he responded with “they’ll be ready when they’re ready” that really caught me off guard because I wasn’t rude or anything to him. My boyfriend went up there before me to ask about the wings and he deliberately ignored him. I literally had to go up there and get his attention. As we were eating we noticed he was standing there on his phone the whole time!!!! He does not need to be the manager or else this place will keep going down hill! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time that we come to this location, the service and food quality decreases. The staff is constantly on their phones, the manager stands behind the counter doing nothing, their is music blaring from behind the buffet line, and we have witness the staff touching chemicals and/or hair and then touching the food. Tonight on our visit, we got there an hour before posted hours ended but upon arriving all of the pizzas and desserts on the secondary line were pulled and placed on top of the main line and multiple items looked to have been sitting for a while. The pasta sauces were sitting on the counter, while the pasta and soup were not under and sort of heating. With over 45 minutes before the location is set to close the staff had pulled all but one pizza spatula and the staff were cleaning the line with bare hands while there was still food there. Buffet empty, staff not really refilling pizza or breadsticks, loud Mexican music blaring throughout the restaurant. Only employee that was friendly and tried to be helpful was the young boy with dreadlocks. Not worth $60 and not even cheese pizza available.

Food was about what I remembered. Price has gone way up ($8 or 8.50), and they charge for to go cups now. It was clean inside and they still do the requests if you have a special pizza in mind. Not bad Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This time there was an inconsiderate and rude cashier that seemed like we were bothering him by being there. I don't expect great food when I go to Cici's but this food was not good, it wasn't even meh. On top of this there were two sodas that were out of order and the tea was so weak it was basically brown water; it had no taste. This experience soured my friend's birthday and made us apathetic for the rest of the day.
