Got some coupons in the mail but they would not allow my family to use more then 1, as stated on the coupon 1 offer per person however they say the rule is 1 coupon per family This is false advertising! If it's a different coupon, different person and a different transaction then it shouldn't be a problem. We had our 2 boys birthday party at Cici’s pizza and everything was just perfect! Omar the new manager made sure everything was running smoothly. He called before the party, was there as we walked in and when we were unloading our stuff out of the car. He was also there through out the party to help us with any questions we had. He went above and beyond. The kids and their friends had a blast. Kids parents also enjoyed the delicious pizza and playing with their kids, so many are already considering having their kids birthdays there. 100/10 would recommend! Worst cici’s pizza I have ever been to. I have been to many Cici’s Orlando, Tampa, St. Pete and this one. Starting with the guy at the register who acted a little too comfortable with us. I went there for my son but I can’t have gluten so I ordered wings. The guy insisted I get the buffet even suggesting I might get dessert not knowing all of that is gluten and I told him but he said I might eat salad and continue insisting. I really didn’t want salad so he said if he sees me eating he will have to charge me. What a way to treat customers. My husband got the damn buffet and I went to see if I wanted anything from it but as I suspected I freaking didn’t want salad or the sad soup they had there. Good thing I didn’t have any salad because later we saw an employee working on that area wearing gloves touching the lettuce, the counter, the rag and everything in between including wiping the counter with the same gloves. I was so upset I didn’t even finish my wings. I didn’t bother to get the manager because every single employee I saw there looked miserable and had an attitude especially the ones in the kitchen and serving area. I never post bad reviews and never expect much from a Cici’s restaurant but I’m pissed I was treated this way and spent freaking $25 for a few wings and a soda. Today was me who didn’t say anything but tomorrow might be someone worst. Learn about food allergies and ensure your employees treat customers better.
