The food at this location is always great. They have a nice patio that is perfect for nice weather. Chuy’s makes good margaritas and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The enchiladas and burritos are great, but my favorite dish is the ground beef ponchos. Panchos are over sized chips with generous beef or chicken, beans, cheese, pico, jalapeños and guacamole. Hostess completely forgot about my family off 5 waiting for a table. Manager commented want me want me to kick people off their table and also five minutes is not a long time to waiting he commented super rude.My son hamburger was under cook waste time and money avoid coming here go to the one in Plano tx much better service. It’s a chain restaurant and pretty basic but my team enjoyed themselves and they even gave us an extra special visit as they sang happy birthday to one of my AE’s. I treat chains like this as a consistent experience and figured texmex for our first night in town for training would workout and so it did. The food was ok but not anything to write home about.
