This Chili's seems to be fully back after struggling some after the pandemic. Prices are up like at most restaurants but the burgers were legitimately very good. I'm giving 5 stars bc of Sam. I have been in the restaurant industry for my entire life. He is an absolute gem. Honestly if we come back it's for him and the rest of the staff. The food was ok. My spicy margarita 10/10. The entire staff here was so warm and welcoming. The hostess and bartender also exceeded my expectations. The bartender personally delivered my drink bc Sam was busy training. I just hope the kitchen and corporate can get up to par. The quality and pricing of the food honestly I wasn't impressed. It was average. But the staff blew me away. Thank you for amazing service! Great food. Rib, fries, fajitas and tenders. Great employees and specialty drink. Try the strawberry martini. At the time some kind of fertilizer caused a horrible smell in the neighborhood outside but once you enter the establishment the smell stays outside. I haven't eaten in the restaurant in quite a while. Take out chilis is expensive but worth it compared to some fast food spots and other competitors. However, you get consistently great food, especially the appetizers and the way you can customize them. It's about a once a month treat at my workplace. This Chili’s has always had a serious staffing problem; they would improve tremendously if they simply hired more people. Year after year, I have had experiences where the otherwise great experience was ruined by a dearth of wait staff / front of house staff.
