Me my wife and daughter had a very good experience the waitress was extremely diligent on making sure our drinks were full stayed on top of everything. She was very friendly made sure we got our food in a timely fashion. The food was still hot and extremely tasty the way we ordered it the burgers 🍔 were juicy the chicken strips were tender their chips are homemade daily my wife enjoyed how thin and tasty they were and enjoyed their salsa and me and my daughter enjoyed their cheese dip. We asked for to go boxes for the chips we had left and she bought those plus a whole bag of their chips and 3 drinks to go. We are very happy with their service and intend to go back again. Highly recommend one of the best experiences we've had here in Lawton. We had lunch today at Chili's. Our waitress Dawn was awesome. The food was amazing and cooked just right. Dawn paid very good attention and made sure we weren't lacking anything. We haven't been in Lawton very long, and this is the best restaurant so far. We highly recommend this Chili's 👌 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time at Chili’s was at this location. It was wasn’t very busy when we went and was sat right away. Lisa was our server and was attentive. She never let my drink sit empty. We got the chips and salsa to begin with and I was very impressed at the salsa. It was spicy and not chunky (how I like it). The chips were thinner and crispier. Also got the boneless buffalo wings they were huge compared to other restaurants and the fries have a unique flavor that I’ve never had before. Last my husband got the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas which were delicious too. Will definitely be back! Ordered Rare ribeye steak, it came out well done. Sent it back to have another steak cooked it came out medium well done. The General Manager Travis Carter, refused to speak to me and told the floor manager he set the timer to cook it. There may be a Robles with the grill. The other person in my party ordered medium rare sirloin and it came out less cooked than my rare steak. Waitress Shelly and the floor manager handled the situation perfectly and with respect. Update: ordered Doordash and one of the items was missing. Called and Missy was great. She got us our food although I had to pick it up, but we also received gift cards. The bad thing was the presentation between the doordash fries and the same ones we picked up in person. Reference the photo. I'm sure y'all can tell the top one was doordash...... The food itself was good but I feel like we should not be treated as less than on Presentation just because we order like delivery or to go we should still get the same as if it was on a plate but this is how the delivery came tonight for my husband's steak with added mushrooms and steamed broccoli.
