This store just needs to be shut down. Walk in, everyone looks like they just walked off the street and was put to work. No uniforms, people in winter jackets and hats. Definitely didn't look like they worked there. Was sat down quickly but waited, and waited and waited and waited...no one came. Not once. Never even got drinks. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Save yourself the time and aggravation and do the same. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Please Look at The Quality of Our Salad, it looks like is been frozen for a week, discussing!! Our Margarita supposed to be patron but it tasted like Juarez or jose Cuervo!! That's not honest 😕!! We ordered the three appetizer combo and the multiple grill combo. Everything was really good. We especially love the chips, salsa, and guac. We got our food quickly as well which was really nice. We were hoping for dessert too but we couldn't flag down our waitress after we finished our food and then we had to leave. I ordered take out at Chili’s. They are within ten minutes of our house. The pizza for our toddler was burned black on both sides. My wife’s chicken and fries looked like a partially cooked freezer meal. My meal was actually cooked properly, and good. The servers who helped me at checkout were kind and friendly. This was my Family’s first time going to a Chili’s!! And oh my goodness our waitress was amazing!! Very attentive and friendly! The food got to us quickly and it was yummy!!! The bathroom was a little less than desirable 😏 But we will definitely still go back for another visit soon! Oh and the Halloween margarita!! So fun! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Low weight staff, not their fault, hostess was horrific, hollering at us! Made us sick and want to leave, but with a party at 8 we stayed put. Food was mediocre. My steak had more fat than steak. I was curious because I’ve been in other chili’s (in South America) and never seen anything like this. Dirty floor, almost empty (no people), and only one person working, she was host/waitress/bartender, she was really nice though. The steak was ok, mashed potatoes tasteless and my salmon tasted like frozen food, broccoli and rice the same. Oh! And my drink was just sugar syrup, cero alcohol. Awesome. Simply awesome. Our waitress, Diane, was amazing and super friendly. A+ to her. The food was delicious and so flavorful. We got Cajun Chicken Pasta, Southwest Egg Rolls and the best of the bunch, half rack of ribs. Done in the house bbq sauce and cooked to butter perfection. I will be a return customer to this location. This was a first time Chilli's experience for me and I am thoroughly impressed. Well done. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
