Don't judge this place by its exterior appearance. I did drive-thru and the man who took my order was very polite. The food seems to be made fresh because I did sit for a few minutes waiting at the window. But I didn't mind, I got the tenders and they were hot, juicy, and delicious with a crispy exterior.
