I always use the drive-thru. The extremely long line actually goes pretty quick. The employees are beyond friendly and upbeat. I'm always torn though between the great chicken nuggets and the cost. Food: 5 Service: 5

The food was amazing as always. The employees did not look happy to be there and nobody had a smile. I did not hear my pleasure. The person taking our order was rude. I have worked at a Chick fil A and I know how to talk to my customers. I was not impressed and honestly I was disappointed in that way.i hope that can be something you guys can work on. Hospitality, and stewardship are important and that’s the Chick fil A way. We take care and make our customers feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you. I am a little disappointed in Altoona’s Chick Fil A. I cannot count the number of times I have gone this past year where I was not given Chick Fil A sauce in the drive through (after mentioning it multiple times). I’m sure this frustrates a lot of people!! The food quality has also been a bit disappointing… I usually order nuggets, and many times end up getting nuggets that are clumpy and stuck together. This isn’t super appetizing and definitely not up to Chick Fil A’s normal standard (speaking as a former employee). The service is nice however. I just really wish they would step up their quality management. I used to eat here all the time. Never again. They rebuilt the drive thru and all it has done is make driving near the place hell. Between that and the CEO bowing and washing a brothers feet in church and apologizing for being white I'll never spend a dime here again. On the bright side, I saved enough money not eating here to buy a ridiculous Webber grill, a Green Egg smoker and lost 20 lbs.. I guess woke ideology and bad engineers aren't completely worthless. 🍻 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We went at 8 on Friday before Christmas. I am guessing that they were definitely not prepared for the holiday shopping crowd. They didn't have any sauces for dipping or for on sandwiches.out of lemonade too We waited for 30 minutes to order. Before we could order they ran out of fries. The soda was out of syrup and they kindly fixed it and got us a new one. And the food was still good but not great like usual. (No mayo) went to target 🎯 when we were done it looked like these guys were still getting their buts kicked. When we came in a few weeks ago, my sister and I were surprised with how quickly they got the food out to us. There were no mistakes, and the employees were helpful and respectful. We came in again today and the employees amazed us yet again with their customer service and good food! I’m impressed! This Chick-fil-A is honestly the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. This is ridiculous. It’s a common occurrence when I go to this Chick-fil-A that my fries are not close to full, but today was defintiely new. I’ve never had my Large fry have LESS than a regular sized fry. Not only that, but they were cold and tasted like they were sitting there for an hour. I’m happy we have a CFA in Altoona but the management needs some serious help because they don’t represent CFA well at all. Edit : I will say the service and the front workers were very nice! So much for getting a sandwich that looks even half as promising as the commercial. Once again Chic fil A fails and it is all hype. The staff is always friendly at this location but the food is going downhill. I couldn't even taste the half tablespoon of pimento spread so it is all a gimmick. The bun was partially stale...how are they getting away with this poor product? What a great visit from start to finish. I see why this place was so busy at 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon. The staff were excellent and so fun. Food was great, dining area and bathrooms clean. I finally went here for the first time and tried their chicken strips and famous waffle fries of course with a side of chic fila sauce which is fantastic. Every thing was perfect, and staff was very nice and pleasant, I was thanked for stopping in as well, and tables were being cleaned directly after others were finished leaving the dining area.
