I only tolerate the food so my dessert of Funnel Cake Fries will taste all the better in comparison. But the funnel was clogged or something when I went and got no fries.

I love going to this checkers. The last 20 times ive came here ive never had cold fries. Working in fast food for over 11 years i know that can be hard to do sometimes plus the big bufords are good too. Keep up the good work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Donna went above and beyond ! They ran out of chicken so she stopped what she was doing went all the way to Nashville to a private farm to raise healthy chickens and bring them back to serve us the best of the best ! Thank you Donna for looking out for me and my families health . Give this woman a promotion ASAP! I will always drive across the world to revive this amazing service . Lady working the window was super awesome. I was being a grumpy Butt all day and she helped turn it around for me. I can’t thank her enough tbh 3/10 for food quality tho. Usually I don't have an issue with Checkers at all. But the last two times I have gone something has been wrong. The first time we asked for a plain cheeseburger and just got the burger no cheese or anything! Which was fine we just added cheese when we got home. But the other day we went and order food we got burgers and we go home and my first bite the burger was still raw and so was my husbands. We will not be going there again. This location had outstanding service, i was very pleasanty surprised with my visit to this location, after finding the other location closed. Michelle was helping with our order at the drive through and immediately I was shocked at how polite and friendly she was. It is very out of the ordinary to hear such an upbeat and lively voice on the drive through speaker, so it was very refreshing. She suggested a great deal which saved me a ton of money and made me comfortable in ordering more food than I had planned for the price. The food also came out very fast and hot and fresh, it was a really good meal. Michelle should be running this place, if she could teach her standards of practice to others, then this place would doing excellent. A greasy bag of goodness without fail. I mean that in the best way! If you've never had their Monsterella sticks, try them. They have the same coating as the fries! Yum! Also, the guy taking the orders, today, (9/8/21 around 7:30pm) was very chill and friendly. Appreciated his vibe on a hard day.
