It was very poor service and no etiquette rules. We were two of us. I ordered soup and main course. My friend ordered salad. I got my both orders at the same time. My friend’s order was not brought. The food was getting cold so I couldn’t wait anymore. After I finished, my friend started to eat🤣. Never experienced that before. And by the way waitresses were so unhappy. Charlie Pizza is the perfect place to go to if you are looking for something to get. The place is great and the food is amazing. So i can highly recommend it. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We travelled from neighbouring country Latvia to Šiauliai and stopped to try famous Lithuanian cepelinas (potato dumplings). It was a slight disappointment. Cepelinas were a bit chewy, like they were reheated, rather then freshly cooked. Plus would be better if food was served on clean plates, ours were dirty with finger marks clearly visible. Also, one lady in our party wrongly ordered half portion and asked, if she can change to full portion and pay as per full. She was told not it's isn't possible. However, they said they can make another half portion to make it full, but will have to charge as per half. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Great place to eat, happy with service and food. Pretty well design place for kids. Basically everything what you need for nice family dinner. 👍 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We got our pizzas burned and waitress saw it and didn't even bothered asking if the food was good. Do not recommend. I suggest going to other places

The food was slightly below average. There should have been at least 3 good vegetarian options in the menu. My pizza base was extremely cheesy and liquidy. The veg pasta options were meat pasta minus the meat. Meaning they prepare the pasta without adding meat. This taste was decent. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

We ordered fried calamari and it's raw with batter inside! Then, we asked the waiter. She said she don't know and maybe it's normal. Also, she have no sense to apologise or take any remedial action. We tried the raw calamari and it tasted like starch😩

The English to the waiter was good. But we have to wait for 20min between the soft drink and the pizza. I think the pizza had to little cheese and that it was a bit cold. But the kids love it. But not the best place for Hawaiian Pizza in Siauliai.
