Just so disappointed. I’ve been coming to this Cava for YEARS. On 2/16/24, I came in around 7:30 pm and it was quite busy. There was a worker named IRIS who was absolutely the WORST. I asked for lentil and she picked up a quarter of the spoon and threw it in the bowl with a ridiculous amount of attitude. When I asked her for just a bit more she rudely snapped at me and told me she would have to charge me extra while rolling her eyes. I kindly told her no and that it was fine and she proceeded to ask “what is it that you want”, very condescendingly when we arrived at proteins. The amount of food I ended up with because of her was laughable. When I say I ended up with the least amount of food I’ve ever received from Cava, I mean it. $11 for what looked like enough food to feed a small toddler. The folks in front of me had their bowls stacked! I watched from afar after sitting down with my family and watched her also give great portions to others. I’m not sure; maybe she didn’t like the color of my skin! Full price, half the food. She needs training in customer service. Mind you, I know this industry is stressful but you don’t take it out on the customer. Do better

I’m not sure if it’s the time of day or by luck but this location of CAVA did not serve very well. It was a weekday lunch so I assume the staff were very busy but the service felt overly rushed and the portions they scooped were much smaller than previous experiences.
The overall bowl was decent and a good medley of flavors with fresh ingredients. The chicken is my go-to protein but the lamb meatballs are good as well. The restaurant itself is very modern and clean with a great dine-in environment if desired.

Unfortunately when it's about service I don't want to give a name but very young guy in Gaithersburg Spanish boy behavior is not good at all! We ask for change gloves he gave look!!! Like he don't want and why we asked him for that?? As a customer we just need clean service nothing else!! He should not give a damn look like this!!

Best cava restaurant I’ve been to! Workers are polite and attentive when going through the line. The portion sizes were good IMO. Overall the food was amazing! And the store was clean which makes the experience that much better!

Cava is my go to place for veggie bowl. They have best vegan friendly smoothies too. Some staff members need to be patient when customers are choosing things to add in bowl.
It was not even busy or long line in the store, but staff member was being super impatient while me and other customers were choosing topins to add.

This location rocks! Spacious inside, friendly staff. We've ordered in person and done mobile orders, and both went great. Lots of options to mix and match, so you could try different stuff every time. Food is fresh and flavorful. Pretty big portions, especially if you add most of the toppings.
Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Lots of fun drink options too.
