Been going here multiple times per week for about 7 years now and there's some consistent issues I've noticed. 1) The store isn't opened on time half of the time, including today. 2) Employees could use training on professionalism and conflict resolution. 3) Every time the guy covered with tattoos is working he's either singing so loud in the kitchen that everyone can hear him or cussing loud enough that all the customers hear him. 4) They do this thing where they run 2 registers with one employee and it comes off as unprofessional. 5) The quality of the pizza has gone downhill in the past few years. 6) They shut off the gas pumps at night, shut off the lights, and have no cameras out there which is probably why guys were able to install card skimmers and steal a ton of peoples' debit card numbers. 7) Gas pump displays are so old you can barely see them when it's sunny outside and half of the buttons don't work. I'd recommend going to the Casey's in Sterling over this one. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never have pizza made and every employee rather talk to each other than to tend to the customers just terrible it’s on a downhill I won’t be comin to this Casey’s in Lyons anymore I rather go to ellinwood Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
