Missing a fry and a sandwich. Wasn't given a receipt, got argued with and was told that I was lying. This SAME scenario happened with a family member about a week ago, except she didn't notice until she was already back home. Terrible customer service, and the automated service in the drive thru does very little to make matters better in that department. But I guess it's easier to say the robot did it. Fast food is disappointing. I was quite disappointed with the quality and taste. The food lacks flavor and was overly greasy. The toppings seemed to be thrown together haphazardly. The fries were soggy and lacked that crispy texture I was hoping for. It was evident that the food was not prepared with care and attention to detail. Overall, my experience at Carl's Jr was underwhelming and left me with a negative impression. Getting to expensive and limonaid should come in a bigger size. Got it upsized because thought I would get a bigger drink but got to the window and just got a small drink. I hate the automated drive thru system. You can’t ask questions, and you have to repeat everything multiple times. And if one thing is wrong in your order you have to go through the whole thing with over again. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Been running through this Carl's jr a lot of years, because the Pueblo scum hang out around here seen some stuff in that parking lot over the years. Foods decent most days some times they under cook or over cook but it's usually average. Today pulled up and apparently they decided to use text to speech on the drive thru. I don't know about others but I absolutely detest those systems after one call into Comcast or a bank. So I will now be going somewhere there's a human to greet me. It’s open for dining despite the pandemic. The food took a little bit longer than usual, but the fries were on point as were the burgers. The bathrooms require access codes, which is understandable as this neighborhood seems to attract homeless people. All in all, a good place to grab a quick bite after gassing up.
