I had to wait almost 15 mins in the drive thru when I was the only one in line. Then a lady that looked like a manager basically threw my food at me and said "sorry for the wait". Then when I got home I realized I didn't even get all of the 4 items I purchased. This Carl's Jr is the absolute worst.

I can definitely feed my family on those specials .

Natural-Cut French Fries
Pretty good food. Sometimes it's not very hot and french fries are old, but it's fast food. That's what you get. Especially around here. Too bad companies can't pay people a living wage. Maybe they'd care more, than they get more business.

My daughter and I stopped at this location on our way back from spending a weekend in Ashland, OR. I don't often spend the time reviewing fast casual or fast food places specifically but let me tell you, the restaurant, its bathrooms, its service, the food, the employees, they're like a model store. If I was a brand ambassador I'd bring my prospective clients and future leaders to this store so they can see what it looks like at its optimal.
The manager was a young man, looked neat and clean, really well spoken, attentive, was hustling but still made time to speak to us, apologized for multi-tasking, I thought he was a really good leader and just empowered his people who seemed so content and happy to be there. The young lady who took our order was clear and concise, read the order back to us, offered us to save money by creating a combo meal vs. a la carte. Just really specific, really well trained and positive/happy.
If you're gonna stop somewhere, this is a good one, they did an awesome job and for those people driving that i5 corridor or on their way to Wildlife Safari, this is a good pit stop for food and just a bit of stretching out of the car. Their bathrooms were spotless, cleaner than most restaurant dining rooms and everything was just, neat, clean, where it was meant to be. We even had a brief conversation with the manager because that day the wildfire smoke was excessive and he was also surprised it had set in so quickly, but taking the time out to table touch, walk your restaurant, is priceless on the part of a leader.
I ordered the fried zucchini and onion rings, both were perfect, came with sauce, didn't have to ask. My daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich that she ranted and raved about also, so there's that. Good food, good hospitality and a quality overall visit at a fast food/fast casual style of eating.

Ordered our lunch. Was done quickly and came out hot. Service was friendly. Wish Carl's jr. Would fix their app. Anyways... First time trying the milkshakes; not too bad. Better than McDonald's for sure. This location was clean, fast, and food came out hot. Would return again.

Me and my dad are just passing threw, and food is as you expect. But the real MVP here is the staff. Super friendly, always smiling. Even customized my milkshake after I realized they had a flavor i wanted more. If I ever pass threw again, hell yeah im coming back.

Not at all what the pictures online show… what a shame. We really like Carl’s Jr. but their quality has gone way down hill as well as their quality control. Beware!!!
Beautiful and clean place. Huge parking lot, trucks 🚚 are welcome. Waited for long time to make an order, even though it was only one order in front of us and waited for long time to get our order 🙄
