This a great place run by Hatice, a very welcoming hostess that really knows how to cook. We had menemen (eggs with pepper and tomato), soup, potato and cheese borek, salad, olives, and a delicious homemade sauce. Nous avons fait une halte fortuite lors de notre voyage entre la Cappadoce et la vallée d'Ihlara, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle à bien des égards. La cuisine était tout simplement extraordinaire, sans conteste la meilleure que nous ayons savourée au cours de nos trois semaines de voyage en Turquie. Le service, lui aussi, était tout simplement incroyable. Cependant, ce qui a rendu cette visite vraiment mémorable, c'est la propriétaire, qui rayonne de gentillesse. Non seulement elle a veillé à ce que nous soyons choyés tout au long de notre repas, mais elle a également pris le temps de s'asseoir avec nous pour discuter de sa région, de sa ville, de sa famille et de sa propre histoire personnelle. Hatice, merci beaucoup pour nos nouveaux noms, c'est vrai que surtout Corentin et Romain c'est plus difficile a prononcer que Ahmed et Mehmet! Et les plats étaient superbe!! On a mangé entre autre des Köfte fait mains super frais, de la salade avec un assaisonnement délicieux, des Ayrans, et, biensûr, un çai!! Merci de nous avoir accueilli et de votre bonne humeur!
