I waited there to place an order behind 16 people. When i went to pick up my order i had to grab a ticket and wait AGAIN to pick up my order. They are a great bakery but there is a much simpler way to help people that are just picking up orders instead of making them wait behind everyone who has a long order or people who arent sure what they want and need to brouse. Big variety of baked goods. Very tasty, always fresh due to the volume produced. Calling the bakery and actually speaking to someone could be a challenge. I'd suggest a visit. The staff is great. Service Take out Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Birthday Cake

Ordered a Toy Story cake from here. What I asked for had nothing on what I got. When I say I absolutely loved it! I appreciate whoever went out their way to add and modify details to make the cake look more presentable. The end result was a 10/10. My boys LOVE IT! So happy with my order. Looks GREAT! This my 3rd cake I ordered from here and I am NEVER disappointed! This one was my favorite!! Thank you! Highly recommend.

I've ordered 5-6 custom cakes from here within the past 2 yrs. Although I was expecting an error or mistake of some sort, that never happened. I've been extremely satisfied each time!!! They're very talented and PRECISE. Oh n they be packed crowded from time to time, but that's to be expected from their good services. I posted some of the cakes they made for me. A couple of them probably won't post due to the nature of the theme lol Food: 5 Service: 5

I ordered a cherry pie for Thanksgiving in advance. Waited 40 min to pick it up. When I cut into the pie it was a blueberry pie. Called the bakery and manager never apologized. Didn’t offer to help me in any way. Their response was they were blessed to be busy. I will remember where not to order from in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1
