Can’t say enough about this place!! If you are looking for a fun, welcoming, enjoyable spot! This is it! Our 2nd time this week and we loved every second. Met the owner and his sweet mama! While the waitresses at Calle 13 Mexican Cantina and Tequila Bar were incredibly friendly, unfortunately, the tacos we received fell short of expectations. The steak tacos tasted like the meat had been boiled and lacked any garnish, while the shrimp taco was simply shrimp in a tortilla, devoid of any additional flavor. What was particularly disappointing was the absence of garnishes or sauces accompanying any of the tacos. Despite the establishment's positive reviews, our dining experience left much to be desired in terms of taco quality and presentation. In addition to the disappointing taco quality, it's worth mentioning that the prices were excessively high considering the lackluster offerings. Charging $20 for a shrimp taco and $15 for a steak taco seemed unjustifiable given the simplicity of the dishes and their subpar execution. This further added to the overall disappointment of our dining experience at Calle 13 Mexican Cantina and Tequila Bar. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My family and I decided to take a vacation to Puerto Rico this year and it has been amazing. We came to Luquillo to hit up the beach and ran across Calle 13 Kiosk…. We had the best food here we’ve had in PR. I got a steak burrito bowl that was also the best I’ve ever had. I would come back to PR just to eat this dish. My girlfriend got a shrimp burrito and it also was amazing. 5/5, 10/10- best food in Luquillo Beach, and in PR. I’m assuming we either went on a bad night or they made us bad food for fun? These are the most expensive and worst tacos I have ever had in my life. The Al pastor pork must have been sitting for hours, days? So burnt tasting. It’s so sad to debate over what to eat out of so many choices then to choose this and end up throwing away your food. Fantastic and authentic Mexican food. Burria tacos were amazing and the Michelada was the best I’ve had outside Mexico. It’s loud and unpretentious and the food is the real deal. Worth the stop. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20
