Great place to get a Café Latte. I stopped it on a Saturday morning, and the place was really busy, but the service was pretty quick. The place was super busy and there were only 2 people ordering, serving and preparing drinks. It took too long! The pastries were cold and flavorless. Hot sandwiches are only served until 3pm. Came early on a Saturday and the service was quick and friendly. I spent a few hours at the cafe and had breakfast + lunch. The everything bagel + hummus was a great combo! Lemon ginger tea was good and I am going to ask next time if there is free refills of hot water. The chicken panini + chips was super filling and for a great price! I think it might be the owners mentality that trickles down to their staff, they don’t call out orders and they have made my coffee poorly on several occasions, and not limited to just me. On the outside it looks cute and quaint but it’s got a very pretentious feeling to the whole place, for seemingly no reason. Today was the nail in the coffin, paid $5 for a small coffee, and had to wait around for ten+ minutes while staff roamed behind the counter and checked their phone. The expensive, long awaited coffee was foamy, they filled it up half way and sent it out the door without thinking. I’ll probably have to come back here for a meet up or a craving but definitely won’t be expecting much. Just check your food and drink before you leave so you don’t have to come back. Not trying to be mean here, but when you spend hard earned money, the least they could do is give you what you paid for. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
