First BK I ever saw in a strip mall. Food seemed hot & fresh. Employee attitude was lacking. No genuine smile, no "thank you". They seemed only to be there to collect a paycheck. Such a shame. They could be a very fine BK for that neighborhood, it they improved GREATLY on their customer service. Extremely rude staff member. Shouldn't be working a service job with an attitude that extreme. I literally asked "this is everything?" when she handed me the last bag, and got absolutely the most *scathing* teenager glare, though I'd bet she's at least 30.
