If there was an award for stupidity, these people would win first place. How hard is it to read instructions on a screen and put a sandwich together the correct way? Rock hard nuggets in a kids meal is unacceptable as well. If you wouldnt eat it don't serve it to a customer. So now I am inconvenienced by coming back to the location to ask for my food to be made correctly. The entire reason we opted for fast food tonight was because of the convenience. Should have known better because it's a regular occurrence at this location. Managers should be fired because they obviously don't get the concept. Slowest BK I've ever been to. Cook complaining about how much he has to do. There was 1 person ahead of me and no one in the restaurant or drive thru. Took approximately 10min for a whopper meal which was mediocre at best. I should have went to McDonald's. My food was so fresh the fries were perfect, and so were my onion rings, and because I waited patiently and politely, they gave us free chicken nuggets. Thank you guys for such great service. 👍 keep up the great Job. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ice machine for the fountain drinks up front has not work in 3 months place is dirty staff is rude also don’t wear and hair net or hat while dealing with customers food also gave me ketchup in a cup they stated they had no package which is ridiculous. Worse burger king I’ve ever been to.. I specifically asked no onions or mustard!!!! I’m pregnant and the smell of mustard upsets my stomach and I assumed the smell was my husbands food but I took a bite and had to run to the bathroom to vomit ..I did not want to drive all the way back there to correct them for the SECOND TIME!!!!
