They don't provide trays anymore even when you dine in you'll get your food in take out bags, soda machine is out of service every day I went there and it has been like that for weeks, today I ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich and no tomatoes when I asked they said they ran out and no refund possible. I understand cutting costs but not to a level to wipe out the minimum standard of the burger king brand. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Very bad service at the drive thru I ask for ketchup and the guy gave me the eye! plus I was paying with apple pay and I have to handle my cellphone the guy was to slow and ask for my password ! I ordered the mushroom Swiss melt . It was COLD. The cheese would not melt the mushrooms came out of the fridge without being warmed .You could tell because it was colder than the room temperature rest of the burger. Not even the bread was toasted . I couldn't belive it .they served it un toasted.i have a feeling the owners don't know to much about how to cook American food . They are trying to run this fast food joint they bought and have no ideal on how to serve the food on the menu. Take a class . Your food isn't prepared correctly. Hot food is a major deal breaker.
