I was excited about the build-your-own burger concept at the restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience left me feeling confused. Upon entering, there was only one staff member at the bar (we saw at least one more later), so we chose an empty table. We waited for about 10 minutes without receiving a greeting or any indication on how to proceed with ordering. There were some other guests but the place wasn't busy. The staff, engaged in conversation behind the bar, made some eye contact but didn't acknowledge our presence. We decided to leave and dine elsewhere, simply wondering if we missed some information on how this place operates. Meal type Dinner
