The service started out great, but then it took a long time to get our food while my drink sat empty for a while. When we finally got our food, then the waitress did not come back for a long time, then she finally came back and gave us the bill, but then I got up after waiting 15 minutes for her to come back to pay the bill. I was hoping to be in and out fairly quickly, no way! Not happening again, I will not be back. The food was good, but service poor. Drinks in 5mins but after that the worst Buffalo Wild Wings service I've ever experienced! We order a 6pc boneless, 20pc boneless large order of onion rings and fries and Mac and cheese and waited an hour+ then then food was so cold I sent mine back. It took 10-15mins to get silver ware after the food came. So sfter an 1hr and 20 mins in total I packed my food to go. Side note they were note under staffed or busy either I checked. And what did I get in return a 4 dollar comp!!! And the picture of my severs name on the receipt shows how professional the service was at this franchise 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ she did write an apology on the receipt though for the bad service at least it was recognized I guess.🤷‍♂️ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

From arriving , we sat for over 25 minutes with no one greeting us, bringing a menu, or even acknowledging our presence. My husband had to get an employee's attention to ask if we could get a waitress. When a waitress finally came to our table asking for our order, we had to bring it to her attention we didn't have any menus. Totally oblivious to her surroundings. We ordered food and drinks and waited probably another 30 minutes before a kitchen worker brought out our food. We asked if we could get silverware, napkins, and drinks from the new arriving worker who was able to tend to most of our needs but informed us she could not fulfill the beer refill for my husband. Not sure why no explanation was given and she appeared of age. While eating our food the original waitress never returned and my husband had to share a soft drink with our son in order to have anything to drink with his meal. My meal was so overcooked the breading of the pretzel bites were rock hard and inedible. My husband got the manager and addressed all of these issues to which he only offered a discount and brought my husband his refill. We sat approximately another 25-30 minutes and we already had finished eating prior to the management getting involved and still no one checked on our table at all. One of our party had to go retrieve take out boxes herself from the carry out counter workers and my husband again had to track down the manager to even get our bill. The manager seemed absolutely incapable of acknowledging his employees were struggling or even able to handle basic communication to meet a person's needs in his industry. If I could give this visit zero stars I would. Highly disappointing since we used to really enjoy this venue but after this visit we will likely not return. Have patience during lunch. There was only one waitress when we visited and it was quite busy for one person to handle. Because of this, our food didn't get to us while hot (it was barely holding heat). We enjoyed playing along with the trivia to pass the time. First time coming here to order a to go and my food was great and the cashier was productive and professional offered me plasticware too and napkins, everyone energy was welcoming and they greeted but also allowed me breathe when I walked in the building they didn't just rush to me without me taking a few seconds to myself which at some businesses it be so irritating but this was was a great experience, their customer service was great just by coming in for a pickup order. Also my blackbean burger buns was Toasted extra just like I requested, the cooks read and followed instructions and thats also a plus. Good job whoever cooked My meal. This doesn’t look like SAUCE. Got it for take-out. When we called we were put on hold for 10 mins and no one picked it back up. and not only did they forget our other order of fries but the wings are covered in dry powder, not sauce.
