Best BWW location by far. Best food and the Service is amazing now. Couple years ago I rated it with 1 star. The new management turned it around and now it's the best in food and service.!!! I forgot my server's name, but she was super friendly and that brought the entire bar area together. I think people complain a lot about other issues, but as far as BWW standards go, I think this is one of the better ones out there. I’ve gotten takeout, dine-in, and delivery. Barely a pleasant experience, and I’ve gone here multiple times in a ten year span. The food? It is not very good. I once had a salad that came with a fly. They may have offered a refund, but the fly was dead so they should have noticed the big black bug on the lettuce. Besides that, the boneless wings taste horrible. They are dry, pasty, and the only taste can only be described as unnatural. Only once did I have a decent sandwich, but it would be a disgrace to the culinary craft to mess up a chicken sandwich. Also I was waiting here for 5-10 minutes with absolutely no service in an empty restaurant. The only redeeming quality this place has is a decently nice atmosphere and the kind employees. The only thing that makes this restaurant pleasant to be in is the iPads for kids, but I don’t think they even have that anymore. I am not happy with this place and they do not deserve more than 2 stars. Update: I came back, the wings were not warm and the cakes we ordered were stale and bland. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the wings were being kept warm by the heat lamps since this morning and the cakes taste and look like they’ve been frozen for three months. This location never fails! I have not had the pleasure of dining in because I always order to go. The food, though, is amazing!!! I dare to say that their wing quality, taste, and flavors blow all of their competitors away. I have been coming here for over 2 years now, and I must say, their food quality keeps getting better every single time! Make sure to try their Louisiana dry rub. Get their fries with easy seasoning and dip them in ranch, and you're all set! You will be wanting more, trust me. If I wanted to overpay for a chicken tender kids meal (with the apple juice and dipping sauce MISSING), we would’ve ordered from a better establishment with better chicken tenders…maybe more than two as a bonus! Ordered 15 wings and only got 12. I paid $23 for twelve wings that didn’t even have enough sauce on them. So they shorted me on wings and on sauce, the only two ingredients in the whole meal. Come here if you like to get robbed. I would’ve came back to get my money back or my wings back, but by the time I got home and opened the bag, they were already closed. This is our favorite BWW location! Good food and drinks and the service is always the best! Thanks, Brianna, for great service! Our onion rings and wings were delicious! It is definitely worth the trip to this location! The restaurant is always clean. No sticky tables here! We'll be back! Very friendly staff. Our server was good. I typically love my food. I decided to try their new Pork Street Tacos the other day. They had good flavor - only a bit too spicy. However, after only eating one I started developing a severe stomach ache. The tacos were also much smaller than what I expected. The fried pickles were decent, but I've had much better.
