I don’t what the hype is about . We went at 8:30 and it was all empty . And we ordered chicken wings and they were toooo. Dry . Like real dry. Won’t visit again . Although loaded nachos were good , place was a little off. Service was quick and good . We showed up tonight around 6:30 for dinner. It was not a busy when we got there. I ordered wings and my husband ordered the same. We ordered chicken tenders and fries for the kids. Our wings came out within 10 minutes. Delicious! But then we waited another 30 minutes (at least) for the kids meals. However, our server was amazing! His name was Jaeger. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. He communicated with us and apologized for the delay more than once. It was obvious that there were issues in the kitchen. That part of our experience was pretty disappointing and dealing with hangry kids was frustrating. If I had to review our server aside from the delay, he’d get a solid 10/10. Haven't been on a year but tonight was not good. Understaffed...booth we were seated st was filthy. Floor underneath was even worse. Waitress was polite but inefficient and we had to request the second staff member for things. Food was long time coming and noone thought their food was good as previous visits. There was only 6 maybe 7 other patrons so the understaffing must have been the issue ? I saw the manager come out twice and do absolutely nothing, but chose not to address him as it's off our go to places for now. If you play Mountain Dew pokémon where you try to find all their exclusive flavors and you need to stop at Buffalo wild wings. They have Mountain Dew Legends which is easily one of my favorites. 'Gotta drink then all!' I love the spicy garlic wings they're my favorite. Appropriate decor of a sports bar. Very friendly service. I typically get the spicy garlic wings but I don't like it on the boneless wings (aka chicken nuggets) because they get soggy. The fries aren't great but when you get them to go they will also get soggy in the packaging. They give free wings on veteran's day which I love and you don't have to eat in to get the free wings. The two times I've gone to pick up take out orders the man that brought my food was extremely friendly. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the few that has not been updated and it's great!!!! Wall to wall TVs on display and the dining area is an open concept minus the half wall partition which is cool. The bar itself sits all the way back away from dinners but still accessible. The take out was a great experience, General Manager that was working here was from the Lancaster store and was awesome to talk to, and everyone came to make sure everything was ok while I waited. The atmosphere is a gimme here. You know you're going to be surrounded by tvs. This rating is based specifically on the service and apathy of some of the staff. Our waiter was great, he tried to make a tough situation better, but the attitude waitress and the clearly shortstaffed kitchen cast a shadow on our experience. The waitress asked us how things were but didn't do anything about our difficulties until engaged multiple times. She also didn't care to help our waiter make change when our kids in the team group tried to pay and get their money back. The kids menu wings also came out short 1 wing per all 3 meals that were purchased. The manager eventually talked to us and provided a discount. Additionally our waiter paid the kids their change from his tips, which is WAY over and beyond expectations. This was clearly a tough situation and he did his best.
