Came here for the first time celebrating a birthday and we were not disappointed. The staff was warm, engaging, and very in tune to requests. The meat choices were superb and the grilled pineapple is a must try! Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The Tri-Cities is lucky to have such a gem. I came in tonight with my whole family (10 of us!) It was my 1st time at Boiada and let me tell you everything was wonderful! Chad was our server he was very respectful, personable (he heard my wife say my name and used it throughout our meal, we all felt like family) charismatic and funny! He got my son to eat steak and our niece to eat fruit! I even ask for sauce and he went and spoke.to the manager and hand delivered the Heinz 57 steak sauce to our table! Yes sir no thank you he was polite as they come. I don't normally write reviews but he deserves 5 stars as far as the family is concerned.more than a fair price from r how much food you can eat! We frequently visit Boiada in both Hermiston and Spokane. We always have spectacular service and are greeted enthusiastically every time we walk in the door. Callie, Omar, and Chad are all wonderful hosts and servers. They are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable of the cuts and styles of meat. You will not be disappointed with the wonderful salad buffet, featuring some specialty foods. The bacon and cheese bread are some of our favorites. We went to Boiada for our first time to celebrate our anniversary. We were greeted the moment we stepped inside and all of the staff was very upbeat and friendly. Nya seated us. She is incredibly warm and friendly. She did an excellent job of making sure we had what we needed and wanted during our dining experience. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and readily answered any questions we presented to her. Our chef was Chad and he did an amazing job of bringing perfectly cooked meats to our table at the perfect intervals, and was also very warm and friendly. It was an awesome experience overall and the food was fabulous, but I have to say that the warm and welcoming service was above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend Boiada Grill to anyone looking for a to notch dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Honestly, I had my hopes and the bar set pretty high and I was not let down. The food was amazing and the meets were perfectly cooked. I've been to a ton of steak houses and all you can eat meat restaurants and this one definitely beats those by a landslide. The best thing I'd say about it was the experience I had with service. She was so friendly and welcoming. Gave me and my friends some amazing recommendations. I believe her name was Sofia. Ask for Sofia if she's working there. Absolutely amazing. It was my first time, to anyone who is going with the 60$ buffet and meat options I highly recommend pacing yourself at the sides bar there was much to come out from the grill. This was a first-time experience for us. We were looking for a special place for a celebration and Boiada was perfect. The food was excellent, with a huge salad bar that had more than just salads. The meat was delicious. I would also say that if the server comes by and the lamb or beef or whatever they are serving isn't quite what you're looking for (too rare or too well done) just tell them what you want and they will get something that is closer to what you want. All in all, it was a great and somewhat unique dining experience. You won't leave hungry! Staff was wonderful and friendly. They obviously loved working there. The food was great, plentiful and the salad bar very fresh and kept. The only minor knock I will say is that I like very rare beef, most was medium to medium rare. There is a picture of what I consider as the way I would like all the beef, so if you are a werewolf or me you might consider it a bit over done since only one cut had a blue part. I think they were taking it back to cook more since they seemed surprised i wanted that section. Anyone else in the world would think I eat unsafe and am an idiot. So if you are like my family or friends the beef is cooked perfect and to conclude I was very happy with it. I got the experience and it was one of the best I have had. Been to seval brazilian bbq s though out the US and this one impressed me the most so far. If you get the chance enjoy. It is not cheap but worth the cost. Excellent 💯 the food was amazing here. The atmosphere was very nice, restrooms were clean and smelled good. The service was amazing. We will definitely be back. My wife and I decided to make a reservation at Boiada Brazilian steakhouse and Grill in Kennewick to surprise our great friend and his wife on their special day, it was both their birthday. Omar our server welcomed us with a big smile and kindness towards our table. He made us feel comfortable and the whole time we were there he treated us with excellence. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The food and drinks were very tasty and we tried a delicious dish recommended by Omar. The experience is unforgettable and the flavor is exquisite, they prepare it for you at your table and it is kept hot and at the term that you like. It is definitely worth living the whole experience in this wonderful place and it is worth every penny invested. Omar helped us to sing happy birthday to our friends.
