Placed order for 2 bagels and 1 cinnamon roll, all items in the case, and took the staff over 30 minutes to bag the order. I would have thought this order would not have taken more than 5 minutes even on a busy day just for bagging case items, but I was mistaken. i’ve been to this bagels place maybe 5 or 6 times with like a month in between visits and 4 of those times they did not make my food. for example earlier today i came in, was not busy at all. Maybe 6 people total inside eating and i go into line with one person in front of me and nobody behind me. I order 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels (one without cheese though) and went to sit down, waited 5 mins, some people came in ordered. 15 minutes go by and it seems everyone has gotten their food who ordered after me. Waited now 30 minutes and i gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they just had a lot on the grill. 50 minutes go by and im fed up so i go and ask about my food. they never made it but finally they start working on it and bring it out but still made one of the bagels incorrectly but by this point im already done with this place and just want to leave so i eat it anyway. i wouldn’t be writing this review if it was the first time but this has happened to me a total of 4 times, one of those times i was with my friends i ordered 3rd out of the 5 of us and they all got their food and not me. no refund or anything for any of the 4 times they haven’t made my food and it hasn’t just happened to me many other reviews stating the same thing. Lost me as a customer and will not be coming back because this is ridiculous

I ordered 12 assorted bagels for a baby shower over the weekend! The girl who took my order offered to have them pre sliced which I thought was such a nice offer! When I went to pick them up they had them ready at exactly 6AM when they open to the public! No waiting at all. Everyone at the party asked where the bagels had come from because they were so yummy! I definitely will be ordering again for brunch parties and visiting regularly! 10/10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food here is great but they need help. Food comes out late, cold. The manager is rude and seems completely overwhelmed. My order got lost and I had to go to the counter to ask where it was. They found it then went to make it. It still came out cold. When I told this to the manager they told me it just came off the grill oven. No apology. I hope they can get the help they need. The food is solid and the staff works hard. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a take out for 2 bagels and a tiramisu. After waiting 15 min for the bagels they messed up the order and had to remake the bagels.
